On Saturday, April 12, 2025, Professor X (Marty) Heninger, a Blackbelt in Jiu Jitsu and certified instructor with the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, is providing Self Defense Seminars for citizens 12 years old and above.

The first in the Series on April 12th will cover topics such as:
Awareness, Distance Management, De-escalation, Resist & Escape techniques against an opponent that is bigger, stronger, faster, and more athletic.

Whether going out to run errands, going to school, or work, these are techniques every Men, women, son and daughter should know.
