Join instructor Patricia Mahony at our new Meditation class. Meditation can make you a happier person by teaching you ways to achieve a state of calmness and clarity. This 8-week class is great for beginners or anyone with an interest in meditation. Each week a different style of meditation will be focused on, allowing the participants the chance to learn which style works best for them. Drop-ins are also welcome for $17!
