4U – 8U needs a size 3 soccer ball for all practices
10U – 12U needs a size 4 soccer ball for all practices
Shin guards are required for all practices and games
Cleats are recommended (no baseball toe spike), tennis shoes are acceptable
Water or sports drink for practices and games
