This class, which incorporates basic flow and gentle yoga, is a great class for beginners, as well as those with some yoga experience. This class will include breath work, stretching, strengthening, core, standing poses, and balance. It is also ideal for students with arthritis, osteoporosis, and/or back pain. Sessions are six weeks long and occur every Monday from 6:15-7:15pm. Sign up for the whole session or drop-in for only $12!
